Terminids

The Terminids, insect-like creatures referred to as Bugs before their scientific name was given, are rapidly-reproducing, swarming aliens. Much of the Terminids attack using their claws and acidic bile. They now swarm the planets north-east of the Sol System.

The ravenous Terminids are guided solely by an instinctive urge to reproduce, spread, and destroy Democracy. They are a fast-evolving plague, a shapeshifting infestation that threatens to devour and disenfranchise every single child on every single planet.

Scientists from Super Earth have discovered that Terminids rapidly decay and transform into an element that can be used as an energy source - element 710 (which in turn is OIL oil). This makes the End Race an important source of energy for the Super Earth, and also explains why the Super Earth has to spend a lot of resources to "breed" and control them.

Automatons

The Automatons - colloquially known as Bots - are intelligent robotic beings created by the Cyborgs before the First Galactic War. They are fully capable of feeling emotions - such as sorrow and anger - and having independent thoughts. They predominantly utilize laser weapons, rockets and melee weapons. The Automatons first appeared in the south-western Sectors of the Galactic Map with a vanguard force. Their main force would only arrive later during The Reclamation, settling in the Valdis Sector and re-uniting with their creators on Cyberstan.

The Automatons are mindless, bloodthirsty robots, coded for nothing but murder and socialist violence. Their origins are a mystery, but their unthinking hatred of Freedom makes them a threat to all citizens of Super Earth.

Illuminate

The Illuminate - colloquially known as Squids - are an ancient hierarchical alien species named Squ'ith who were originally aquatic in nature. Few in number, they possess exceptionally long lifespans (upwards of a thousand years) and highly advanced technology - such as stealth and shielding capabilities.

Following their near-extinction after the events of the First Galactic War, the surviving Illuminate fled outside Super Earth controlled space into an unknown portion of the galaxy. They would eventually return to federation space 100 years later via the Meridian Wormhole.

An ancient, “highly advanced” species, desperately seeking to reclaim their former galactic supremacy. These mind-controlling, xenophobic aliens cannot be reasoned with. They must all be killed.
